Deal sourcing
The team's experience and their recognition individually in the Asian venture capital industry have resulted in abundant deal flow (about 1,000 business plans annually) and transaction sources.

Due diligence
The team conducts preliminary due diligence on approximately 3% of the business plans it reviews annually. The due diligence process will entail a thorough assessment of the management team and business plan, an evaluation of the proposed target market, an examination of the business model and the potential competitors, reference checks on the management team, discussions with potential customers, an evaluation of the product and technology used, and an evaluation of investment risks and rewards.

Following the due diligence process, the Investment Committee will make a final determination on whether an investment will be made. Decisions of the Investment Committee will require the approval of its members with input from all members of the Management Team.

Hands on direction and development
We believe that assisting our portfolio companies in building a cohesive management team is perhaps its greatest value added proposition, as management issues are the key determinants of early-stage companies' success or failure.

Exit strategy
To date, our partners have had experience in listings on various exchanges including NASDAQ, SGX (Singapore Stock Exchange), HK Stock Exchange, KRX (Korea Stock Exchange) and the ASX (Australian Securities Exchange).
